چکیده
Background: Galeazzi fracture involves of the distal 1/3rd radius shaft associated with dislocation radioulnar joint. Open reduction and rigid internal fixation is goal standard treatment. The aim this study was done to evaluate functional outcome managed by open radius. Methods: conducted in department orthopaedics Government Medical college Jammu from December 2018 February 2021. 30 patients were Radius plating followed up results. Results: Age ranged between 23 years 60 a mean range 42 years. 22 cases male (73.3%), 8 females (26.6%). In 19 injury right side 11 left side. most due RTA (80%) rest fall height (20%).Conclusions: Anatomic restoration length key satisfactory results dislocations K-wire radio ulnar joint not necessary if anatomic obtained indirect means such as immobilization.

The functional outcome of surgically treated unstable pelvic ring fractures by open reduction, internal fixation
Abstract Background: Unstable Pelvic fracture, a result of high energy antero-posterior compression injury, has been managed based on internal fixation and open reduction. The mode of fixation in Unstable Pelvic fracture has, however, been a subject of controversy and some authors have proposed a need to address the issue of partial breach of the pelvic ring elements in these injuries. This st...

Background: Displaced fractures of radius and ulna bones in adults are usually treated with open reduction and internal fixation. The purpose of this research was to access functional outcome of these fractures. Materials and Methods: In this research 52 Patients who underwent ORIF with DCP 3.5 in past 5 years were investigated. Post-operation protocol was one week immobilization and then acti...
